About Me and always a pleasure to work with all of youHello my name is lex And i am an intermidiate level builder as well as a soon map maker for various genres of games,The builds you see in My experience's/work both roblox studio and blender are some of my work but not allI always try my best on being communicative and connect with the people I work with as well as I strive for achieving the Best In quality as best of my ability**I use blender and Roblox studio to make my builds but it also means that i always make sure to deliver the best of quality for my clients as well as efficiently communicating with them

My prices are negotiable but the fixed amount of payment i prefer is ROBUX as well as not percentage DEPENDING If the Team will need my full dedication unless the percentage is high enough to have me to fully dedicate time or very long term projects and if I do see my self completing the projects then I will take the percentage only if its fair I do not accept low percentages unless the projects are finishable and can be done in my own time management(The robux price is 500-750-1,000-2,000 ROBUX per build or Depending on the request (or HIGHER OR LOWER )depending on the level and if the project is very TIME managed meaning the more the build will take to complete the higher the price will be Or the smaller the build requests the cheaper the price's will beDepending on the level of the build I will always require a minimum of 25%-50% of the robux paid beforeHand I build or it is negotiableI am always pleased to complete builds in the most efficient and best of quality for my clients
